Background

After the grounding of their Airline Partner , an award-winning loyalty and rewards program wanted to ensure retainability of members. This led to emergence of a platform where the members could redeem their loyalty points to book tickets across other airlines. They also ensured that members can now book and earn loyalty points across airlines, any destination, any flight and any seat in India or globally. Air Ancillaries and Non-Air Ancillaries are also sold with the flights on this platform.

Complex Integration with aggregator API from search, book and cancel

Solution

Within a span of 3 months , a complex integration with an aggregator API was done to ensure a smooth transition of data from search,
book and if required cancellation APIs. Technical and Domain expertise was used in overcoming this challenge.

Challenge 2

CRIS (Customer Relationship Information System) Integration

Solution

Seamless Integration with CRIS ensured the data from the loyalty program was used to deliver an end to end experience.
The points from the customers were redeemed for booking flights. The points were accrued to the customers for flights bought on the platform.

Challenge 3

Development of OMS(Operation Management System) to ensure back-office support

Solution

Robust OMS is required to ensure a smooth experience for Members as well as back-office team.

Integration with GDS(Global Distribution System)

Complex integration of an aggregator feed and GDS feed is in progress to ensure a smooth experience to the user .
